It was crafted at roughly 11:25 AM EST 10/12/2012. It took me several days of transfer to get to a working Temple of Balthazar. To be honest, it's a huge disappointment in term of special effect. It doesn't give you anything like bolt lightning going around your body or step effect like twilight and sunrise. It's just glow and doesn't even glow that bright compared to AC weapons at night =\

Time to work on my 2nd legendary. -.-

I saw you complaining in Cursed Shore earlier. xD Sucks you don't like it after all that work. Maybe they will change it later? Though I highly doubt that would be anytime soon.

If you turn on max settings, you will see the bottom part of the clouds actually move around. All the globes at the top shaft and the bottom shaft spins. It also glows a little in the middle of the globe.

Other than that, the weapon has no special step effect like twilight or sunrise. It does not have body effect like Bolt.

I really thought it was gonna have stepping effects showing the galaxy and universe, considering it is like a planetary scale of sorts.

aww what a shame congratulations dough. i was going to get the scepter now i changed my mind. i have bolt, as it seems so far

it is one of the only body aura effects at the current moment, have to wait to see the other weapons

Just like the rifle, another proof that the only Legendaries which got really worked on were the greatswords.

I sort of have the feeling they thought it would take longer for folks to get these... and maybe some of them are unfinished? Or is that just wishful thinking?

It seems crazy that an exotic like Immobulus has better effects than a legendary.

Meteorologicus is LEGEN...

Saw it live, the clouds do move and there's a slight glow to it.. and a trail of light when you shoot.

See I thought since it was "Meteorlogicus" it was more about Meteorology and was more about the weather. I figured you would have some sort of random weather event happening around you. I actually had hoped to have something akin to the WoW personal weather generator.

I was working on my "basic" legendary materials thinking this was my best course of action. Although now I honestly do not know what i want to work on. As an Elementalist main, all three main hand legendaries are extremely lackluster. At least Bifrost has a cool footstep effect. Maybe I will just wait and work on the Greatsword or see what the Rifle looks like for my warrior.

I fully agree with the above. The bifrost and incinerator look terrible compared to the greatswords and the other weapons. Here's hoping the video will give me a reason to continue working on a legendary for my ele.

I have been working towards this. But now I'm not sure if I want to go for this or for Bifrost.... As a Necro, I wasn't thrilled about the cloud scepter in the first place.

No, the skin itself is great...I just expected some cool special effects - I really want everyone around me to know that I'm wielding a legendary. I really hope that they'll add at least some footprints effect in the future...
