So the tooltip on this says duration is 9 sec.And yet for a long time possibly during beta too it seems like its actually 6 sec..
Is it a bug, a nerf or am i missing something and its still is in effect after the animation is gone?

I think the listed duration accounts for the maximum duration of all the regeneration stacks.
