I am curious, as I only play asura and have only completed Wayfarer twice since launch, about whether or not a spectre that is flying around in southern Wayfarer (where the forest is) was always there or was implemented recently for Halloween? I noticed this last night, first at the snow leopard shrine where there is a spectre/ghost flying up high and into the shrine at the top of the ridge and then in the forest where the spectre's path is more profound and easily viewable. Again, has the spectre always been flying around?

PS: To see it, look around the area where the Stampeding Minotaur stampede the area.

There's always been one. First appearance was in one of the teaser videos. I can't find it at the moment, but it certainly isn't new.
