There is a difference between something cool and something cooler based on personal taste (for example i find Volcanus a legendary sword comparable to twilight and sunrise) and pure junk like the weapon on this thread.

So, the vast minority on a forum decides what the majority of players think is Legendary?

There are WAAAAAAAY more people in game than on these forums, so what is stated here should not be taken as a majority.

Legendary is and always will be individual.
No one can decide what I think is Legendary and no one can decide what you or ArenaNet thinks is Legendary.

Actually, the majority of Guru saying that  legendary weapon is not legendary is pretty telling...as most people going for a legendary at all are likely on guru. Yes, exceptions exist. But now you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. And I don't even understand why you'd work so hard at the obviously unpopular position that this focus is anywhere near the level of "legendary" status.

I'm sorry, but it remains that the Minstrel is not worth the effort it takes to create it. Period. Anet dropped the ball. They felt that greatswords deserve three legendaries. They felt that Greatsword legendaries, the hammer legendary, the staff legendary, the shield legendary, the sword legendary all require particle effects, auras, footsteps, etc on top of their already-impressive graphical features. Yet here we are with a focus. A bland, gold-colored, albeit ornately-detailed focus without ANY of the above. And I wouldn't consider the nearly-invisible floating notes anything to talk about.

Arguing that simply makes you a troll who gets off on being contrary, in my mind.
