Does Phantasmal Strength in the Inspiration traits stack with Empowered Illusions in the Domination line? For a total of 30% more damage? Or do they cancel each other out an that damage bonuse is capped at 15%?
Also does the Compounding Power in Illusions with 3% bonus to damage and Illusionary Defense in Chaos for 3% reduced damage not only affect the mesmer but his illusions as well? Im guessing just the mesmer himself but better to know for sure.

From what I have been told, yes they stack.
Not sure about the 2nd question~

I know the 3% damage increase, increases shatter skills, but I guess that would still be classes as the player.
