Do you obtain a Record at the Halloween event site #2 location

I managed to scan the two lions in old lions arch and gain treats but was unable to find a 6th record from a ghost. Is there a ghost whom provides a record?

the clue reads
"Search the dead streets and forgotten thoroughfares of another lions arch #site 2"

Every other site i managed to find a record with a ghost...

There is a ruined tower underwater where you need to scan, you will receive a record from it.
