Halloween Achievement

After completing the Mad King Book event (I handed the six pages in and got the book/backpiece) my achievement point counter called "Halloween Events Completed" under "Special Events" is still at 0/1.

Is this normal? Is it not yet supposed to update or have I experienced a weird bug?

this halloween event comes in 4 parts. you have completed the first part.

4 parts? Are they all available now, or it's unlocking every few days leading to Halloween? :P
