So... i bet this kind of topic has been made hundreds of times but... i have to do it lol

Topic's title says all i think, my main char is an Ele and i wanted to make a 2nd char wearing heavy armor.

What i'm looking for:

- A well appreciated class in any pve party situation such as dungeons, events (dmg/support wise)
- A relatively "easy & effective" class to play (if i wanna stress myself i pick my ele )
- Must deal high dmg (bored to see low numbers on my ele, i want big ones!)

i think that's all... basically...
(i already have my own idea ofc... but i'd like to read answers by someone who's playing these 2 classes at 80's and how they perform in all around pve)

I keep moving from forum to forum and everyone seems to be able to just complain about their own class (also outside guru)

Warriors say warriors are weak
Guardians to the same
Everyone says the same about their own class and this is kinda confusing me!

It's just unbelievable, everyone whine about being UP and swear other are OP.
I know all points of view are subjectives but... that doesnt help at all

Guardian. Good support, good damage, good for dungeons, high survivabililty.

I think both fit in your description, I would say play around a little bit with both and decide which one fits better in your playstyle.
I rolled warrior aftter ele, but maybe guardian is the next.

If you want BIG NUMBERS go with Warrior, But Guardian covers everything else, their damage isn't as high as a GS using Warrior, however I find the Guardians skills while using a GS to be a lot more useful, in if like you said you want to be useful inside a group, and Guardian has some really cool support style skills.
