I spent a ton of time putting together a guide for the Black Citadel. I really tried to make it as pain-less as possible for people who already have 10/11 PoI, and don't need to watch a 13 minute video for 1 or 2 points. Hopefully it helps!

Thanks so much for this! It helped me finally get the last POI I'd been searching fruitlessly for.

My instances are always sluggish, so it's hard for me to know whether a door is meant to be locked or whether I just haven't waited long enough. I missed the Ash POI because I thought the door didn't open. Thanks for encouraging me to persist!
