I wanted to balance Toughness/Power/Condition/Vitality/Healing out quite equally so I'm pretty much
good in all fields, so this is my set.
Signet of Restoration - nice 3.6k heal + 270 heal everyskill.
Signet of Fire - 8k easy dmg every 20 seconds.
Lightning Flash - Used for chunning earth when they move out of range.
Mist Form - 3 second immunity(not from dots sadly) and used for mostly finishing people when fighting mutiple enemies.
Glyph of Elementals - I don't use this, but if I did. Water elite, as it heals me to full.
30 Earth for tanky build + gives me 300 condition.
20 Water for heals.
20 Arcane for the traits you get in that line and longer boon's and shorter switching.

So I got asked a question on why am I doing these video's, good question.
First of all I picked this build from day 1, and I'm always a big fan of dmg over time, it's not very popular
because you only see small dmg.
it's depressing/disheartening to see no big crits over 6k etc but that's what I like best,
as people tend to ignore small dmg over time, if they see 4-6k hits you react more and will be on high alert.
So this is for people who are interested in condition dmg over time and not big dmg/crits.
Instead of a big essay which I could write but nobody would read, I'd like to point out the things I like best
about this build and maybe the flaws.
1) Condition ignores all armour! it's a direct damage to their health pool.
2) It's pretty much stealth damage, not many will notice the HUGE drain from the overtime dmg.
And I'm not talking small damage my:-
signet of fire does 8k dmg in 12.5 seconds. [20 sec CD]
Chunning earth does 10k+ dmg in 11 seconds. [30 sec CD]
Impale/ring of earth does 2k dmg in 13 seconds ish. [1-6 sec CD]
Drake's Breath does 10k dmg in 4 seconds. [5 sec CD]
Ring of fire does 5k dmg in 7 seconds. [15 sec CD]
Now that's alot of damage and on very short CD, ok some classes have
abilities that can cleanse them, but they can't keep cleansing every
10 seconds can they, guardians can with their 10 second heal thing, but
he's got to heal sometime, and when he does, there is nothing to defend him.
Oh and don't ignore the direct damage that my skills do as well!
Normal to the big hits like churning earth does 1-4k damage if they hit alone.
3) Kwayso Corrected me on this and I'll just delete this part
Fire stacks in duration, but bleed's do stack in intensity too
0.5 * Level + 0.05 * Condition Damage + 2.5 = per stack per second
Formular for all you math wiz's.
But for a quick example if I stack bleed + fire dmg, then I can do
around 1000+ damage every second!
4) Now the REAL beauty of this is the many style of plays I can do,
I don't do it much in my video's but against melee classes or people
who need to stay close, you can apply dot/bleeds then run away and leave
them dying overtime, whilst they chase you.
5) The majority of our skills are AOE, so if fighting multiple enemies, not only will you
be taking 1 down, you will also be taking the others around him down at the same time.
I've taken down enemies I was ignoring around me, whilst fighting another, it's fun to see.
6) It's a bunker build, but don't think just because I'm nearly as tough as a guardian and can
heal to full in less in 3 seconds that I can't do damage, because chances are you'll be down
without you knowing it.
I can pretty much go on forever but I bet no one will read all this.
1) I'm slow, I can't roam fast or chase people or run away that well.
Ride the lighting/teleport helps abit, but it's not that great.
2) I can't kill other ele's who are 0/0/10/30/30, they heal and cleanse too much.
but good thing is they can't kill me either, so it's just a waste of time.

3) D/D range is very short, so sadly we have to get up close and personal to land the skills.
Quick Summary :-
Want to be a Tank/Healer and be able to do dmg at a decent rate(no big hits sorry) then try this build out,
I find it really fun to play, and I'm sure you will too, I know some have switched to this build and enjoyed it,
and also one person switched from his Theif d/d to Ele d/d because of this.
