Hello! Isle of Janthir really would love to welcome serious WvW players to our server. All folks are welcome, but we do especially need Europeans. All other time zone folks are also very much welcome. Bonus points for NA people who can show up during the day. Also, don't be afraid if most of your guild does not speak English. You will still be welcome with open arms. Guilds are preferable, but if you are a single player that is willing to listen and work with whatever group is on commanding you are also more than welcome.

So please consider us if you are thinking of transferring. I am by no means a spokesperson for my server or anything like that. I'm just a concerned player that wants to help the server in any way I can. Plus, I'm at work at the moment and I might as well be doing something helpful while I'm here, like recruiting.

Bump!! We at IoJ would be more than welcoming to any EU guilds that wanted to transfer! Our only EU guild VoTF is lonely would be nice to get them some company!

Oh and Oceanics and NA don't be discouraged from xfering over either, we could also use your assistance

The title should probably read looking for WVW transfers. IoJ has a great population but could use a few more wvw guilds to fill us out. While other servers spammed/begged/pleaded for more xfers we only received only a few who came on their own accord. Now we could really use some wvw guilds to balance the power houses that were created after the Alliances and ruin departures. We are currently getting our asses handed to us ,but we fight on, this is no fair weather server. Tired of being the big fish in a small pond? then come on up to Isle of Janthir and play against the big boys instead of rotting away on a low tier server.

While not on IoJ myself , give them mad props! If you looking for a good all around classy server that can kick ass in style , IoJ is your server , have faced IoJ on the battle field in the past and they were no joke! Had great communication and great guilds.


Hope you guys get more WvW hate to see such a good server drop to far down. but hey if you fall maybe we can play again! haha

Could definitely use primarily some more EU crowd, but also need a few more numbers for the NA and Oceanic Shifts.

Asian TZ is also in heavy need of recruit. Please check out IoJ for a good quality server with great atmosphere and competitive spirit.

The real people of IoJ are a very friendly and great bunch. I can't recommend this place enough.

edit: If anyone happens to know euro guilds interested in NA servers please point them here. Remember your entire guild does not need to speak English. Just a few people need to know English to help coordinate with others on the map. So tell them not to be afraid even if the majority of their members speak another language.

I have said this countless times, in countless threads. You cannot make broad generalizations about an entire server based on the acts of a few. Charlie is no spokesperson for anyone.  I've defended both my server and other servers because I constantly see people making this mistake. It does a great disservice to each respective server to do such a thing. Come and be the judge for yourself. Check IoJ out and you'll see the general population is really awesome.

There is a lot of evidence that dream is taking flight.   For those guilds looking for the bigger challenge Tiers one and two offer, this would be a great place to start.

No offense, I was from IoJ, but this type of "poaching", is it even healthy for the game?

I transferred to NSP, to help out on a low pop server. In all honestly, I hope something can be done to help out WvW overall.

We could really use help in the European time slot. We've been very competitive in T2 this week, but where we're losing most all our stuff is EU primetime. Of course we'll welcome new guilds and players at any time zone, and haven't had queues on all four maps for over a month, but EU is definitely our Achilles heel.

Seconding everything said here - this is a great server, with a notable lack of EU Evening coverage. I haven't hit a queue of more than 5 minutes in the last month for any BG, and the players are great.
