If you are on top (the stairs infront the clock) you are immune to that green stuff...you can stay there and dance or even climb the tower down. And if you jump down and die because of the falldmg you will respawn at the same point with all your abilities.

Would be nice if it's an intended feature to meet people halfway...if you get through the hard parts and make it all the way to the top, just to miss the clock face and start over, that would be quite ridiculous. Keep the challenge of the puzzle, but don't punish people who make it 99.99% of the way successfully.

well you can give people speed buffs if you can use your skills there

I experienced this bug as well, but due to where it occurs it is inconsequential.

Thus making it one of the the only few places in Tyria where a speed buff can be considered a condition   lol.
