So I just hit rank 10 and I am able to brose a new vendor. I am somewhat confused on how gear/weaps work each time you hit a new rank. There is no "better pvp gear", all stats are the same and the differences are just cosmetic? So I can obtain newer looking pvp gear at rank 10 but the stats are the same as someone who is rank 30 etc? I would like to upgrade the look of my gear and weapons.
