While aromor+weapons are available for karma+tokens, i dont see any (offensive) ring,necklaces etc available for me besides the stuff in the bltp. Is this intentional or am i missing something?

Virtually all exotic jewelry is crafted, either via jewelcrafting or in the forge; the only accessible alternative is the Invader's jewelry available in WvW for WvW tokens.
I suppose it's possible for there to be world drop jewelry as well, but if it does exist it comes bound on pickup like all other jewelry, and has a comically poor drop rate, so I wouldn't be planning on getting a piece on any reasonable timeframe.
