I usually run with focus traited, and I have not had any problem maintaining swiftness. Remember, Temporal Curtain will not apply swiftness if your swiftness is already active. Centaur Runes will.

I haven't really tested if they stack but if they do thats 65% passive speed bonus without using weapon swiftness on staff.
