Been using this build for a few weeks now and have been amazed at it's damage and survival in dungeons.

Armor: Full Exotic Berserker gear with runes of the soldier.
Jewels: Full Exotic Ruby Jewels for extra damage.

Main Weapons: Axe + Mace. I don't think there is a better DPS combo atm for warrior. You get 8 stacks of vulnerability every couple seconds with Axe 2 and Mace 4. Mace 5 has the ability to knock down all enemies that are stacked in a straight line, which is very useful in dungeons and even in WvW when people want to try to 2vs1 you. Obviously axe has the most DPS in terms of just straight up hitting.

Secondary: Sword + Warhorn for escape/mobility/chasing or Rifle for DPS from ranged if your low hp or there are too many targets.

Traits:
30/0/10/30/0
Maximum power and maximum HP you can get from traits. Grab leg specialist for Axe 3 roots  to chase down enemies in WvW and set up free knockdowns(Mace 5)

Skills:
Obviously depends on the player of course, but have found that Frenzy and Endure Pain really go well together for that extra burst in Dungeons and even WvW when you want to insta-combo someone. For Great Justice and Sigil of Rage is very common in most warrior builds because of the uptime of fury. You can swap out For Great Justice to Balanced Stance if they have a lot of CC.

Description of Build:
I call it the bruiser build because with 30 in tactics you get a lot of HP. You also get runes of soldier. With 30 in Strength and Great Fortitude, you can gain a good 1K more HP on top of all this. All this provides for great tankiness without buying weak damage exotic gear.

With Sigil of Rage and For Great Justice you can have a fury up time of pretty much 100% during fights. (I don't know exact percentages, but the only time your fury would be off is when your going to your next target if you use it correctly)

Note:
Feel free to add your own thoughts on how this build can be better. You can go with more in arms at the cost of vitality, but I don't think it is worth it.

Here's a video that I threw together pretty quick. A bit of WvW Gameplay.
