God, how I hate "languages" that are just English with a different character set.

The figure inside the volcano looks like a destroyer, almost sure it's a destroyer.

If you look at the picture provided on the Reddit page, it shows a bit more clearly that it isn't a Volcano. It's just one big creature with 4 bi-pedal legs attached to the head in the centre.
Thus, my theory for the creature on the warning sign, Titans.

There is also a new poster on the wall outside the bank in Lions Arch.
Actually, I just logged in this morning, and it's gone. It was there last night. Screenshot fail on my part.
Running back from the beach to the Grand Piazza, there were 3 posters I could see on walls, that vanished as I got close, so maybe they just aren't supposed to be there yet.
