Why did anyone expect anymore from IoJ? when in T1 (by default) we always had the outmanned buff. Last week always running with the outmanned buff. Tonight on different BL's outmanned buff. My assumption is that altho there are several guilds etc still playing and trying, there are others that have either jumped ship or left the game etc.

IoJ doesnt get many people to its server, i would guess primarily because tbh there is limited cohession and unity, no matter what anyone else says. There are simply multiple small guilds trying to work together, but is ineffective against larger guilds that can dominate maps. Along with players not really wanting to merge etc due to their guilds being their place and i can understand that.

I love people who come on these threads and yell at servers for not "trying hard enough." First off its a game and they are and can do whatever they want besides amuse you and secondly with all the population shifts a server one week is not the same server the next week.

From an outsider looking in, I don't expect anything from IoJ or VotF. You have fun and try to be competitive while your force is online. Its really that simple to me. Good luck this week.

Fantastic fights in EB, love the 3 way. It's too bad the lag is making it impossible to use skills in the SM lord room. Still, love the fight out of IoJ and SoR. I can tell it will be an awesome week.

Had a lot of fun on IoJ Borderlands. A lot of frustration too during the early going when we were pushed off the map for the better part of a couple hours. There was this really odd stacking phenomenon going on there, and it seemed to me like the turtling wasn't backed by actual build synergy so it resulted in a lot of dead people in point blank AOEs. I guess there's a first time for everything, hopefully the practice will show when/how heal stacks can actually be used and when/how (the majority in IoJ's case) they're actually detrimental.

PRX was definitely a force to be reckoned with, though I'm glad the three server dynamic is doing exactly what it's supposed to and making the match enjoyable for all sides. Also much love for the SoR guilds who held out in Garrison through numerous pushes even though we had 3782842 walls/gates down; your siege placement in defending inner approaches really gave us something to mull over each attempt.

We may well see this match again next week unless one of the T1/T3 servers normalizes towards our ratings. Which frankly I'd be fine with, though I'd like to have one of the 3 servers head up to T1 just to see if there can really be any argument made for a significant gap between the tiers anymore.

Stalemate in SoR borderlands for much of tonight (where I was). Been close all night. A lot of money was spent on siege on that island between Redbriar and Greenlake.

Last hour IoJ has been squeezed out a bit by SoR in the north and SoS in the south. Just saw a few RMA on (brazilians I believe) so hopefully we'll see a few of our NA people coming back in - I think it is morning there now.

SoS oceanic managed to capture pretty much all of the other two b/lands so our score is looking pretty healthy :)

Busting your ass does not denote competence nor success. Maybe if you had a guild tag on or at least said which borderland you played on tonight we could get a little more into it, but as it stands, I am exceptionally disapointed with tonight.

Fixed.  Anyone who pays attention to our server's communication knows where we were.  Anyone who doesn't...  needs to get on the gd TS3.

Anyone else frustrated by all the rendering hacks, teleport hacks, speed hacks in WvW. If you see one report one even if it's your side. This has got to stop, on all sides. I'm now at the point of pleading with A-Net to close their game until they release a secured client.

you can't compete even if you surround your dolyaks with 8 good fully geared 80's to have someone teleport accross the map invisible kill the Dolyak and teleport away before you can even respond with Phantasmal Bezerker or anything else.

Everyone's been fighting the rendering issues, Tzu.  It sucks but we cope - all the servers are at the mercy of ANet with regard to these problems.  As for the hacking, I honestly haven't seen that much of it but perhaps I've just been fortunate.
What I have seen are three very active servers out there, flipping points like crazy.  SoS is out to an early lead but it's a slim margin.  We'll see what happens after the weekend.

That said, let's not waste energy and effort complaining on unofficial forums.  Concerns should be directed toward ArenaNet.  It'll take them time to verify and act on anything, so in the meantime let's get back out there and take back some lost ground!  This is a great matchup - make the most of it!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard a rumor that SOS & SOR both got a decent number of transfers before the match reset including a couple WVW guilds.

Can anybody confirm it ?

Everyone already knows how strong SoS and SoR have gotten if you've been keeping an eye on their matches leading up to now. They are simply better servers than IoJ at the moment. That doesn't mean we should give up and stop fighting though. We need to regroup and think of some ways to strengthen ourselves and we need to do our own recruiting and grab up more dedicated WvW Euro and NA guilds.

Just want to remind, one or two people on a thread representing X server is by no means a representation of that server, in any way whatsoever.

A few random people can not speak for a server, and in responding to them you shouldn't give them that respect, regardless if you agree with them or not.

If we can maintain this momentum, I think it is a fair call to say we deserve our debut in Tier 1. I am looking forward to dancing the dance with SBI and JQ.

The rendering issue is one thing, but what I've discovered is entirely different. For example, last night we had to escort our Dolyaks with 8 top notch players, I know each player how they were geared and they are all good at escort. Out of nowhere our Dolyak lays dead while completely surrounded, the Theif appear's but 15 feet from his real position, we attack, we all miss, he then appears 4000 fee away from his position and runs away. It's not every player, it's "this" player, an un named Asura Thief. This morning after some reseach I found the hack program that allows him to do what he did. This crap needs to stop.

Yup, I've said this over and over again too. But people still seem to fall victim to this "few people representing whole server" mentality. It's a huge shame. NOBODY is a spokesperson for any one server.

Everyone knows SoR, SoS, and IoJ had guilds transfer to them 3-4 weeks ago.  All three servers have benefited by transfers.  This didn't happen overnight, it happened almost a month ago.  Neither of these three servers can claim they were off-guard because of it when the knowledge was public and all three had nearly a month to prepare.

This match isn't even 24 hours old.  Why can't people just enjoy it and let it play out without trying to somehow find ways to invalidate the current scores?
