What is this area in the Shiverpeaks and does it count for explorer title?I have 171 out of 172 and it's anoying not to find it.

I have exactly the same problem... i guess we are missing something (there are some grawl guads guarding a "door" and i am not allowed to enter 
)...

I found it today in Dredgehaunt Cliffs - it's in the northeast corner... but the trick is that there is a gate in some old ruins in the northwest that teleports you there. I don't know if it's bugged or if I just wasn't clever enough to figure it out but I couldn't harm the boss or his cronies at the end.
