Yesterday I was lv.33 when I grouped with two of my friends (68, 71) and we played in Fireheart Rise (60-70). Some things I noticed:
-) I got tons of blue and green drops and some yellow ones with only a +18% magic find boost. My friends weren't that lucky. The loot was lv.58+ stuff. Almost nothing for my level.
-) I was a mob-magnet. It's not that I had all the aggro, no. Some mobs landed a hit or two (further in the map later on the fire elementals and devourers ownd me) but in the beginning I managed surviving quite well. The point is: it seems that I was responsible for a HUGE respawn rate. At first we thought: ok, this is a high level area and so it is as it is. When I left the group a few hours later the high respawn stopped immediately. (voicechat).
your thoughts on this...
things I noticed when playing with my highlevel friends in an higher level environment

When you are low level in a high level area, not only you affect the respawn rate, but also the aggro distance, mobs sees you from far away and go directly to you first than the higher level people.

I can confirm what malevolence said. I was doing the Helloween Book Event with my lvl 3 Character while my lvl 80 friends helped me and the Mobs attacked me from really far away and after killing me they just went back without even looking at my friends.
I thought it was bullying!

The mobs see a level 3 and go 'hahahahaha, nope' it seems.

Yeah, mobs are attracted to characters who are of a too low level. We were doing CM path 2 with a level 44 and she aggroed monsters that we never aggroed before, even by following our footsteps.
