I guess, the best you can get is a combination of Chrysocola (cond/pow/vit) and Emerald (tough/pow/prec). Maybe also some Coral (prec/pow/cond). If you have enough money, maybe the Sapphire Pendant (healing/cond/vit), but it's expensive.

You're not wrong, but you can't get amulets/accessories and rings with those stats from the dungeons. So the answer as pointed out above is sadly "no" - you can't get trinkets with those stats.

The column (Gemstone) indicates, if there is a Gemstone with this stats and which.
Amulets, accessories and rings are created from gemstones and have the same stats as the gemstones they are created from.
Unfortunately there are no Rabid Gemstones, just armor (and crests).

Is there any precision/cond/vitality gear? I've looked around and haven't been able to find anything. (quote me if there is please so I get notified)

There's a couple of karma vendors in Cursed Shores that has accessories with those stats. They're only Masterwork level though and only for accessories and nothing for amulet or rings.

i got khilbron phylactery when doing fractal 10 on my thief last night, my thief has no agony res yet but when this dropped i couldnt bring myself to bind it to my thief when its so perfect for a necro, even though my necro hasnt even done a fractal yet.
