This may be a stupid question to ask. But what is a good use of karma at end game? I have like a over a few 100K in one of my toon alone but really can't find a good use for it. At the same time I hardly have enough coins to do anything.

God armor are not bad but those rune combinations are a bit annoying. To get the right stats I will need to burn both karma and coins. Like I said coins is my main problem right now.

Culture weapons both  skin and stats are just average.

The only use of karma for me now is buy crafting stuff but I can ezly keep a positive flow given so many "event" chains in Orr.

So is there any way to indirectly convert karma into coins? Or exotic items which actually have ok stats?

Could also do with an answer to this, Level 80...50k+ Karma, armor skins suck and haven't found any other use for it!

I'd love to see an XP potion you could buy with Karma, kind of like the "Star of Transference" from GW1. My main is sitting on 277k karma she'll probably never use (other than maybe a God-chest to transmute onto my T3 when I get it), and leveling alts really sucks.

asuran t3 cultural weapons is the answer.

If you want a legendary you're going to need to spend karma on obsidian shards.

There is a karma vendor on the west side of the cursed shore that sells level 80 underwater masks.  Will only take up about 1k of your karma, but was a nice upgrade for me

Legendaries aren't worth the hassle. Just hoard your karma until AN comes up with karma armor that is worth buying.

Nothing really...unless you have undergeared alts. I tend to just keep the jugs of karma sitting in my bank until I actually have a good use for them.

Even if you're not using it now, you might want it once new armor sets or weapon skins come out.

I agree with others in saying to just hold on to it.  Later on there will be something you will find to use it all on(if you are not working toward legendaries) and you will be glad you kept your stock pile when that day comes. I know for me it sometimes feels like I have been playing forever, but really GW2 is still in it's baby stages with only a little over 2 months out now.  We still have A LOT of life and things to come down the road.

Crazy isn't it.  I am level 76, my PS is at like 64 or something and I have maybe 40% world map completion.  Oh and I have yet to max out a crafting discipline. Having a lot of karma is like having a gift card to a store you kinda, sorta shop in.  You just keep checking back to see if there is anything you want to spend it on.

Thanks for all the response .. guess I will just sit on those and pretend they are coins for now ...:-) Honestly kind of disappointed that none of the Halloween contents require real use of K. Hope they change it in the next event

Agree, some of these are really nice. 63K karma for a single T3 cultural weapon sounds like a lot for people just starting out. It looked like an absolute boatload to me during the BWEs but it was easily achievable. And as can be seen from this thread, affording a few of these T3 cultural weapons is a non issue now.

Oh I'm still on the starter underwater mask...I got to look into this!

I'm betting they will have significantly more karma sinks in the future. Best thing is to store it up and don't spend it needlessly.

42k per lvl 80 exotic karma , if you dont like that.. Karma for WvW invader gear.. dont like that.. um..

Buy the rare karma stuff from WvW w/ karma and toss it in the mystic forge.

I would suggest holding on to it. However one way to turn it to coin is to buy karma items and toss them in the forge however the karma=coin ratio will be rediculously low unless you get very lucky.

I'm doing the same as most. Hoarding my karma and WvW badges until I get something new and shiny from ANET to spend it on.

I want better skins for medium armor. I also wish I could buy salvaging kits with it again...

You can use it to get the shards from ToB. Thenmystic forge it for clovers. Clovers are random, but it seem you will get 3 to 5 t6(level 400 crafting mats). Sometimes even lodestones whcih can go for 1+ gold each.
