What are the pros and cons compared to wild bills build against this one?

I can't really say since I haven't played that build, however from a quick look at a video he's missing stun breakers and the ability to apply bleeds as an AoE. I've currently replaced the shortbow for P/D for my openers and I also find myself constantly switching between the 2 sets (D/D and P/D) in order to apply more pressure.

My thief just hit 80 so I just started this build. Have a mix of rare and exotic carrion for the moment and already works great in wvw. I play between d/d and d/p and switch in blinding powder if I am out solo, helps me get in a way to escape. (got jumped by a 8 man zerg while practicing this build on a pve mob and managed to escape) Thieves guild works surprisingly well. Great ghetto mesmer trick and confuses players. Can turn the tide in a fight.
