I am trying to create Lodestones on mystic forge starting with shards. Are there limitations in using dust required in making cores and then lodestone? I am wondering if I am not level 400 on a crafting discipline whether I will be able to use the dust required in creating lodestones. Thanks; I looked hard to no evail in many places before posting this newb like question.

Thanks Simeon. In trying to convert I found the dust could not be added, but it is good news that what I thought might be the problem is not.
I will be sure to do the math, since I am trying to make gold with the creation of lodestones.
