Starter armor is available as white loot drops (always).
Before level 30 (?) you can find Country and Devout as loot.
After that you can have Cabalist as blue drops and Rubric as gold drops (level 50) or Conjurer (level 60+). The exotic drop being Seer.
Then you have karma vendors :
-Devout (low level zones and can be crafted if you buy the recipe in Diessa)
-Dry Bones (15-25 zones and can be crafted if you buy the recipe)
-Stately
-Tactical (60+ zones)
The crafted armor :
Embroidered (jute)
Student (wool)
Acolyte (1) (cotton)
Champion (linen)
Acolyte (2)/Feathered (silk)
Outrider (gossamer)
PvE Masquerade (rare crafted)
You can also get armor pieces from quest reward.
And armors from dungeons, the orders and WvW of course.
