I have created a website where you can list yourself as looking for group. You should be able to list your character name and say what you are interested in.
I hope it will help with finding groups easier. No more needing to sit in Lions Arch and only spamming your server.
Let me know what you think, and how it could be improved.

I'm afraid it's quite limited, since guesting is not in the game yet.

It doesn't matter for dungeons. You just need to invite people to your group, and you'll be in the same dungeon instance when you enter, even if you're from different servers.

looks good, only for US servers or EU can  use it too ? ( overload issue )

There should be a server section regardless, because people won't only be using this to look for dungeon groups as it appears.
