I keep hearing that Fury is "easy to keep up perpetually" on warriors, but I can't seem to get how.

Can someone enlighten me?

Cooldown reduction on shouts and signets, that's it. Use both Signet of rage and For Great Justice on cooldown.

With my Shout-Greatsword build you get near permanent Swiftness, permanent Fury, and a permanent 11 stacks of Might out of combat, or 25 stacks in combat. On top of those things, you can Heal your allies for ~4200 every ~22 seconds, remove Conditions, and stack Vulnerability on the enemy (Team-wide benefit).

If all that wasn't enough, you also never have to use your Adrenaline skill, you have a lot of survivability and mobility, your healing skill heals 9k, and any Boons you get other than the ones I mentioned last 45% longer!

Most importantly, it's super fun! Not like those Signet builds, well, unless you like playing a game with your forehead.

Rage, FgJ and one of the banners I believe are the three ways to get fury (ignoring possible traits/runes/sigils, and the worthless 3s fury on the BS). At stock values, that's 30s+8s+8s of fury. With boon duration bonuses, you boost that by quite a bit, in fact the banner alone will give you constant fury as its only on a 10s cooldown... Assuming you take the time to pick it up and cast it, lol.
