The time has come for another weekly reset thread. Lets keep it clean and best of luck to ALL of the guilds across all Timezones.

Who is going to take the early lead?

Will SoR be able to overtake SoS this week?

Will IoJ be able to keep up?

I wonder how much the new server reset time for those of us that follow DST will effect server starts. I know I for one will not be able to make it in and will be waiting on a 2 hours queue.

Oh and if we lose it's because SoS hacked our orbs.  

Looking forward to the rematch always great fights.

I am running into the same problem. I get on usually around 2 hours before reset. Now its going to be about 30 to 45 mins max. Not enough time to prepare IMO

I've never seen one single match reset, because I'm always still at work. Then I get home, eat, bathe the kids, read them stories, put them to bed, make a drink, set it down because invariably one of the kids will "NEED" a drink of water, and go potty, and sees monsters. Then I pick up my watered down drink with one ice cube left in it, log in the game, and join a match already 5 hours in.

And you guys talk about having less time to "prepare". I say, PSHAW!

SoR: Holding cool at 2nd place. Just like that cousin who comes over to play mario kart.

Everyone is on the last lap, coming up to the finish line. Older bro is in 1st, cousin is 2nd, you are in 3rd.
Cousin uses his last turtle shell on you. Race finishes as expected.

You ask your cousin why he didn't use the shell on your bro who was in 1st*

*If someone can finish the SoR mario kart story, be my guest. I couldn't come up with anything plausible or funny.

More like IoJ coming out with a blue shell, hitting SoS with it just as we cross the finish line. For the rest of the day they go on about "Haha we still got you with that one shell" even tho it didnt matter.

Server reset is at 7:00 EST, 4:00 PST

Ooh, ooh, can we do a "whose attention is more divided while WvWing" one-upmanship game?

I only WvW while drunk and on two separate and conflicting VoIPs while writing smarmy posts on server forums! It's a miracle I even remember to spam F to collect my hordes of tokens!

This was a good week's worth of fighting, at least during the NA time period I was playing (very late NA early ocean) there was good fighting every night of the week.   As far as I'm concerned I'd be pretty happy to stay in this matchup (which may be our fate if we the 1st/2nd/3rd place spots mix it up each week)   Screw tiers, I'll take good fights anytime!   This tier is like our own private valhalla

Good fights out there! Friday/Sat is Planetside 2 for many TL these days (training/etc), but we were still able to field an impressive amount and make a big push for this week to help out IoJ the best we can. I'm getting reports from a lot of TL that I missed out on some *epic* battles

It's really great to see the results of the communication meeting IoJ had too. Let's hope it extends a bit into next week.

Rest assured come Sunday, we will have the entire group on and we'll be looking for you Atac/PRX/Tsym. We will bring the thunder, you guys bring the lightning

Who knows, maybe you'll be in T2 next week? Then again, IoJ may be in T3...

This is the most boring time I have had in WvWvW. Our guild went into IoJ borderlands and quickly all three sides claimed their section of the map. We started pushing on SoS due to perceiving them as a larger threat. We were pushed back. This was all within thirty minutes of the start. After that SoS and IoJ set up siege with about thirty defending in each supply camp they owned. They would not attack at all. We pushed several times against these supply camps. Very rarely would we make progress due to not getting enough of our own people to hit at once. However this continued for two hours. It was just each server defending the supply camp and not attacking at all while they were upgrading their respective sides. Our server was constantly pushing on the supply camps but no one would push back

My sincerest apologies for not overextending and giving up our un-upgraded structures in the first few hours of the game.

With that, tonight was a GREAT fight on all sides. We had constant pushes and bombs into our supply camps, but managed to hold them and get those Yaks through. I saw plenty of new tactics from SoS and SoR, and plenty of our own on IoJ.

IoJ as a server really came together tonight. No matter what happens the rest of the week, it was a pleasure working across guilds and our coordination really shined. From the IoJ BL side of things, a tip of my hat to ND, DRGN, and FIRE. It was a pleasure fellas! I'm hoping that we can continue this level of community involvement throughout the rest of the match. Or at least until the 16th ghost town Lost Shores patch!

Wow servers that understand the importance of supply, especially since orbs are no longer around. T2 may actually be exceeding T1 in tactics, especially without as much bandwagoners dragging the T2 servers down (especially on the weekends).

Really awesome match, played the first 6 or 7 hours of reset and it was an intense 3-way the entire time. IoJ have stepped up their game in a big way following rumors of a number of well organized guilds transferring over to them, and SoR seem eager for SoS blood, as always.

Hopefully this match stays full-on till the end.

I had a wonderful time Commanding in EB tonight:

IDOL had an amazing time with our mini IDOL / TL Unofficial raid and when I came back from a work service call, an IDOL / HIRE / QQ / AoJ group that was tearing it up. I had a blast putting SoS on Defense, and watching SoR siege up pangloss. Was a good night overall. I cannot wait until we have a real raid night this weekend. It's gonna be ballin!
