This makes me sad... I really like playing against SoR
Me too, but apparently the feeling's not reciprocated (at least toward SoS).

Whoa who said anything about an alliance? I do not think there's an alliance.
I just think SoR doesn't attack SoS as much as they should. There are plenty of opportunities, when one server is getting double teamed to sneak a few towers, SoR didn't take advantage of even a supply camp.
My point is that it's poor tactics. SoR is playing for Second.
Also, if any supply camp is easily defended and set up with siege, it would be Pangloss, and that's where you can find SoR 80% of the time. Like I said, during reset, all three servers were attacking each other, and not playing a 2v1. IoJ did just fine, in fact we did very well, and it was more fun. It's hard to rally "PuG's" when SoS and SoR have both of their collaborative zergs on your side of the map, taking everything you have, instead of fighting each other (like at the beginning of the match).
SoR could gain some good points if they pushed into SoS's side of the map.
I think one of the main reason was we both kept smashing into each other for the Hylek/Golanta area beforehand and gain very little from it. Once they take Golanta we'll take it back, they can never take Jerrifer because we have like at least 5-7 arrow carts and they can't do much with an upgraded Klovan either before reinforcement arrives; same for us with QL.
Geographically Red section's just bad because your keep's so far away from your outer towers (wtf @ needing to cross lakes, mountain ridges, and bridges to even get to a Tower), which makes it easier for the other two to snipe Towers; mentality wise if we were able to progress to your side, we want to keep pushing in (whereas with SoR it's just stalemate most of the time and can't even hold the place until the tick happens).
When we eventually got inside your keep and took it (which was very difficult to take with all the lag and Lord getting rezzed twice; took us 3x to set a group of 5 just standing on the coarpse spamming auto attack and aoe). By this point, we don't have the spare manpower to invade SoR; after we took it, we tried to hold onto the keep but it was just too much effort for so little points, we decided to give it up to SoR (who made pretty good progress on the right corner and had like 4 trebs attacking us from all over).
Once SoR took Overlook then we start attacking each other after.
tl;dr: just take advantage of map terrain really
EDIT: Apparently BG's having the same issue at T1 being red and Klovan/Quentin not getting actions?
