Just created a thief toon, and in looking through the weapon skills I see a "off hand-light" skill. What is this? I have some of my other off hand skills ready, but I don't know what weapon I can use for the off hand-light?

You don't equip an offhand.

It's bad labeling. No idea why they haven't fixed it yet.
Anyways, the "Off Hand Light" for Thieves is actually the 3rd skill you get when you're only wielding a single 1-handed weapon ("Twisting Fangs" for Daggers, for example, which becomes "Leaping Death Blossom" if you wield second Dagger in your offhand)

Of course, every single light off-hand ability is outclassed by some weapon, with the exception of the pistol pistol costing one more initiative i think (and being much stronger).
