Wow Stei, I am so sorry.  Some of us only get to watch the trainwreck from the sidelines and lament the crazy rifts created in our community but you get to deal with it in a much more personal way trying to extract yourself and your guild from that complete nut job.  Don't worry, no one on Jade Quarry is going to believe anything Menaace/Walker says at this point and I am pretty sure the same goes for the rest of the guru community so AoS reputation should be safe.  We've got your back, just hope he doesn't have anymore alts or troll accounts to keep straight.

SBI and Jade Quarry have a whole heck of a lot of great guilds that enjoy WvW for the sake of competition and score jockeying really does not factor into things one little bit.  Keep up the good fight and see ya all out on the battlefield.  Cheers,
Yea I drew the short straw and got the PR job. I just wonder why someone who doesn't play even bothers trolling its sorta pointless imo. I would like to thank you for the support means a lot :) .  And yes I second the second bit lol it's been a lot of fun back and forth in SBI BL and others tonight (flipped 6 keeps in 20 mins earlier) :D Overall been a very very fun WvW match lets keep it up!!

It must've been one-sided. Nobody on SBI allied with MMAC and infact we've been kicking them whenever we saw them. So not sure what you're cooking up, but surely you will not claim MMAC to be the deciding factor in SBI's winning.

Is there a name for the private little world of yours ?

Like the other weeks, SBI didn't push hard over the weekend but stayed in range to make up during weekday coverage. It's happened before and has nothing to do with MMAC, Walker or Menaace.

On a positive note : Kudos to [FIRE]. Fighting you guys has been alot of fun and I hope we see each other more often <3

Eventhough it was a quiet day, compared to most other days, we had a blast just roaming around with our small group, picking fights with other guilds and taking towers where we could. I'm actually happy we have the outmanned buff; lots of karma, lots of cash and much less zerg vs zerg fights...

Champion from BGW, good fights man... good fights.

You got to be kidding me? You are happy with the outmanned buff, that does nothing to help the real players unlike idiots who are farming mobs inside wvw maps.

I think he meant he was happy to be outmanned and the challenges it provides, not specifically the buff.

Outman buff means that a lot of the commanders are hanging out in Lion's Arch and that their troops aren't zerg train stacking on everything we're trying to move in or through... We actually get the chance to try things out without interference.

It feels like the zombie apocalypse sometimes, you are trying to find food and medicine and then right when you want to enter a building a bunch of other people run at you (because they see you moving from across town) and drag tons of zombies on top of you.

Good times in the boarderlands tonight lots of hot tower/keep/garry/ conversion lovin going on.

The great 'Bloodfin is better than Bria/Bria is better than Bloodfin' forum wars and ingame white wookie server invasions, complete with Restuss Starport pants-off dance-offs!

But seriously, one of the main things I miss about that game......the server forums and the impact they had on building ingame community. Without those, I'm not sure how great we would have been about building our own content for 8ish years. It's easy to argue, they fueled pvp, atleast on Bloodfin. Want a good pvp battle? Get some flaming going on the forums, login to game and go!

I was on Bloodfin too playing with VII and Axis mostly. My character was Shay and all she did was sit in the tattooine cantina and buff people by dancing. But my god how many millions of credits I had. It came to the point where everyone was a bot but me so I'd have conversations with people, buff them faster than the bots, and make a killing. I had every one of the black and white anniversary paintings, all the ornate rugs, the corvette, etc. The Bloodfin forums had the most random player-driven events like christmas parties in people's yachts etc. Such a good game.

I was with VIII- (their war guild) and then in the latter days of the game, Eladi and the rest of us merged with the WS remnants into -LoS- which ended up jumping from Bloodfin, to Flurry, to Chilastra and I think back to Bloodfin and Flurry for the sake of the pvp. My ingame was Taliana and multiple forum names....depending on which was banned atm. >.< Some of the best pvp oriented player driven was the great Red vs Blue and the All Out Wars, but the pleathora of non-pvp player events were amazing too. RIP Bfin :(

RIP indeed. I made a commando and some of the most fun pvp was in player cities grenading everyone. Theres a facebook group for ex-bfinners still playing the SWG emu. It's funny how we always seem to run into each other again in different games. ;)

MMAC was allied with SBI that much I do know and SBI is now winning. If you want our theory they were trying to break up JQ from the start, like an SBI metagame of sorts so they could take 1st. On JQ since MMAC arrived Menaace took a staff position on JQ.com and within two weeks TW left the server, there were two websites and a divided community, JQ's score was plummeting fast. The  officers were always up to a lot of secretive stuff. He even put people like Bluntski "in charge" of MMAC just out of the blue and then MMAC"s original cast of officers sort of disappeared. I mean it's all speculation, but something fishy was going on. We are all in a guild with Bluntski now... and MMAC core are nowhere to be found. I'm sure they are back home on SBI where they started, and to be honest breaking up a server intentionally isn't beyond what Menaace was capable of, I've played many games with MMAC. That's sort of the norm.

Hello Again,

Sadly, once again I am already having to post about this. This character I have quoted is speaking in third person. "Walker" is in fact Menaace. Since his former account on here was banned here late September, and this was the alias he created for himself. I could care less what he says here. But he is doing so with our new guild's tag AoS, which he has no affiliation with. He is attempting to slander and once again do what he does best, cause drama. it is apparent that Menaace is disillusioned. So to reiterate, we, being AoS, have no affiliation and want no affiliation for the foreseeable future with Meanaace or his aliases. Hopefully, this will be the last time I have to come on here and write about this.

Thanks Again,

Dobby

MMAC was never on SBI.

I would have known about it.

For all their faults, I really, really enjoy fighting them.

This is the 3rd MMO I have found myself inadvertantly aligned against them...first Aion (Coven Nex), then in Rift (Einherjar), and now here in GW2 (Rage).

MMAC takes the field every day and puts up a good fight.

That's all I care about, because that's the only way I can kill them over and over and over again.

It's all fun and games until someone has a mental breakdown.

I played the EMU a while back and about 60% was still not working.  But fun.  Then they started wiping constantly.  I was mostly there for the nostalgia and there was no real bug feedback as the game didn't have lots of professions in yet that worked.

Also, fun fights last night in BG BL.  I didn't stay long, coming down with a cold and felt too tired.

I hope he gets the help he needs. Sometimes things in life happen and you act out of character. It's sad to watch and see and I hope he can take a break from GW2 and focus on what's important.
We haven't done anything because there's no proof that's been provided to us and as far as our systems go, there's no relation between the accounts. Baseless accusations aren't ground for moderation.

If there is any proof, it needs to be sent via PM to me or Frozire. Other than that, we don't really need to be discussing this here at all.

Thanks.

All I want out of any servers in a match is the chance to get into a big assed fight, like 40 on 40 from time to  time. I like when two big zergs randomly crash head on...

"Oooo! Look! A few SBI stragglers!" then the gpu catches up "Oh, a lot of SBI here!" Then I keep running to try and find the back of their group. "Oh man," stealth stealth stealth "I need to get back to the center of my group, we got a pier sixer going on here!"

I often take a 5 second check in and just look at the chaos. The downed, the dead, the weakened, bubble everywhere and shit flying over horse and people dancing in the heat of it all... It's beautiful. Then I see an opening. There's where I belong. Whether I live or die, the battle needs me right there.... then I dive in and watch the downed markers multiply!!!

Tier 1 does a good job of providing at least ONE map, no matter the score, where things like this are possible.

I can't even be arsed to bother leveling anymore. Once I hit 10, I'm in. And within 3 hours I'm level 20 and have 10 badges and 75 silver in loot (at least). All that, and it's against real people, unpredictable people. Just awesome.

I think I just love WvW. It's PvE with enemy players and breakable objects. They should have a hardcore servers where the whole worlds are like this. I'd go to one. Can you imagine trying to decide during a DE, do I kill BG or do we all play nice for the DE and then fight it out or run? You'd really have to manage your AoEs to cooperate.

Also, players would need to travel in packs...

Of course, most folks would HATE this. Not me. I want a full game like that.

Didn't MMAC transfer to JQ relatively recently?

Pretty sure 95% of people on SBI never heard of MMAC until they moved to JQ.

I've had a pretty good rapport with Menaace that predates GW2, but that's just me...not even my guild or server.

Menaace is public enemy #1 in PVP, and the MMAC tag is the highest value target.in WvW for my guild.

That's just the way it is, it will not change (unless Menaace changes guilds), and that's what makes PVP worthwhile...having rivalries and history to back up the pew pew.

They transferred the 3rd week I believe.  Somewhere in that time frame.  Not sure how many MMAC are actually still playing.  Most moved to AoS because of the shenanigans of Menaace/Walker.

There's nothing to say he's not in your guild and you don't know it. If it's true that you are comprised of ex MMAC then is it possible he has a toon there on another account? Obviously it's very speculative but there was a guy like this in SWG. Multiple accounts for his multiple personalities. Once all of his persona's were found out, imagine the hilarity that ensued when his posts histories were analyzed and on multiple occasions he quoted and agreed with himself on multiple accounts! From reading most of Menaaces posts, the similarities in the two are so eerie that I've actually wondered if it's the same person!

It's in simple history: my name was "Menaace" on this account then I changed the account name it to Walker which is my real name in real life on the same account when someone told me it wasn't cool to have my name as my guild leader's. No account ever got banned, same posts, same poster, for months since GW2 launched. I'm just not named "Menaace" in game, these people think I am. I am only "Menaace" on the forums, as far as I know Menaace from the actual game never even posted here.

Some of these people lack the ability to connect two dots. I could call myself Superman on the forums, doesn't mean I have an "S" on my chest IRL.

It's in simple history: my name was "Menaace" on this account then I changed the account name it to Walker [. . . .] No account ever got banned, same posts, same poster, for months since GW2 launched.

Thank you for posting the clear truth which may be the only time you have.  Anyone can check the post history and verify for themselves the kinds of things you have been saying this whole time and watch how often your personality has changed to contradict itself.  It really has been an long strange trip to get to where you are now.  Please for your own sake step away from the keyboard and get the help you need because this has gone long past anything remotely like typical internet crazy forum antics.

I would ask the rest of the guru and Jade Quarry community to please disregard anything further this poster says and continue on our merry way of having some good ole fashion WvW fun.  It is still a pretty close match and anything can happen out there in the next couple of days! :)  Cheers,
