It sounds really great, but we all know what will happen in the coming month.
LF3M Dungeon rank 13+ only "X" amount of infusions <send link plz>.

Even with them forcing you to "downgrade" your level due to Agony high tier players will only so far.  So if your rank 20 and can't get further then you would look for Rank 15+ as that would give best reward w/o hindering your progress.

I think that depends. I has been mentioned in a few places the higher the difficulty the more of these tokens you get. So you might be getting double to triple or even more as the difficulty goes up. We'll have to see how many you get as the scale moves up.
