So... the title pretty much says everything i guess :)

I find a bit hard, sometimes, to tag efficiently mobs during Orr farming events such as Plinx or Grenth and i wanted to know which weapons & skills do u usually use to do it.

First of all i'll tell u what i use:

Staff (traited Blasting Staff)
Fire skills 1-2-3 + Arcane wave + both Glyphs of Elementals + Glyph of Storm

Are there any better solutions to tag much monsters?

I was thinking about going D/D and try Fire 2-3-4 (idk if drake's breath has the same efficiency of the engineer's flamethrower)

Let me know and thx in advance!

Fire Sword summon as elite will cover whatever gap you are missing for tagging from your regular skills.  I like staff with the improved radius for base because the spells last longer than other weapon sets.

i use d/d water 1, 2 when off CD.  hits everything they pass through.  for utility skills i use arcane wave + glyph of storms.

Have you tried adding a Sigil of Fire to your main hand?  I added one to my Guardian's staff and it seemed to help at tagging additional mobs.

Blasting staff is pretty much worthless. You can only hit 5 targets anyways. For lower population events (or where you are in more danger of dying (Grenth's Temple) go staff. Otherwise, you'll want to roll d/d. More mobility, pretty tanky, and plenty of skills to tag mobs with burst damage rather than AoE DoTs.

I run 30 Fire, 10 earth (trait 3), 10 Arcana (elemental attunement), and I think 20 water for additionaly survivability (with changes to AI at a couple of events, you'll get targeted more than you were in the past)

I don't have an ele, I hate trying to level them it seems so painful at least at the start.  I just wanted to add...I have no idea what problems you face cause when I am tagging on any other toon I have in Orr eles just melt crap often before I can tab.
