I didn't see it in the notes, but item tooltip now says account bound after transmutation, although the user interface still has a soulbound warning. Note that I only used basic stones on fine(blue) quality so far.

My achievement points have been reduced by ~500 or so. I use(d) HoM transmutation quite a bit, so maybe the hobby tinkerer points were subtracted.

one of the biggest, most frustrating experiences is the stealth+re-rendering issue in wvw.

this patch did zero to address that. while its clear that fixing rendering will take a long time coming, the absence of any sort of cooldown or cost adjustment on cloak and dagger in the interim is BS. ontop of that, blind no longer counters stealthers because they wont break stealth if they swing and miss.

this patch does zero to address thieves single handedly holding camps from entire zergs. why can you contest a point while stealthed?

wtf guys. for serious.

Edit: lets not forget that these are almost all tooltip fixes for every class. did we not deserve a little more than that?

pets still cant successfully attack moving targets
Spirits proc rate buffed, but without spirit survivability they are still non-viable.
no fix for haste+ ranger shortbow not working
frostbow chill effect nerfed, basic attack still too slow to hit a dead rabbit.
elementalist ranged damage still lower than ranger/warrior ranged damage
necro siphoning skills are updated for mobs. for players, they still dont actually heal enough to provide any value.
necro pet AI unchanged

Maybe they can't fix it :D Wouldn't put it past them seeing how they borked a couple things in PvP due to crappy coding.

It is not considered as PvP because it's too messy and does not require too much skill, just like PvE.

Hmm, consortium chests are only available for a limited time. I wonder if that means the drops are only available for a limited time as well.

Considering the slaughter the Engineer went through, Mesmers should be relatively pleased save for the change to Phantasmal Mage.  In PvE, mobs don't cast enough for Confusion to hit in a 9 second window.  Moving it down to a smaller window requires even more situational awareness...gee thanks, just more of what is required of us.

Thanks for testing those 'pvp vs wvw' changes. I don't sPvP, so its good to know that my powers stay the same in pve and wvw.

God damn Guru curse filters, bottling up my rage. Without a doubt the most frustrating change for me.

Lots of other things to comment on but I'll save that for the respective thief sections.
Other then this completely mind numbing change(and nerfing my dancing dagger Q_Q) love the scale of the update.

Evasive Arcana was ridiculous before, but removing blast finishers from the skill entirely seems a little overkill lol.

What is so bad about gathering tools going from soulbound to account bound?  Not that it helps much, anyways, since the way gathering's set up, you don't end up with old kits to send over to your other characters (I assume I'm not the only one who keeps low-level tools around so that he doesn't have to use up charges on his expensive tools on low-level stuff).

Yea, WvW is not PvP. Probably because it's not organized and requires no skill what so every to kill things in a zerg. Anyways, loved everyone cheering that thieves got a nerf while I was in LA. Little do they know that backstab thief is just as strong in WvW as it was before the patch

They weren't soulbound. Whenever my friends and I were out of gathering tools and we found a rich vein we'd mail each other gathering tools. Saves so much time, rather than walking towards a merchant or spending a silver or 2 to waypoint for a single vein.
