and then you have to restart all 3 dungeons again to go to the next difficulty...

My client crashed and when i logged back into the game i was in a different fractal than my party. We definitely need a fix for that

"all 3 dungeons", those shards are very small and easy to complete don't worry.
Me and some guildies completed our first run in 1h15 and that was our first run, we had no idea what to do. We even had the swamp part with the running and all.

well what do you expect, this is not really much different from launch, or any new content release. best to avoid the zerg until things calm down a bit.
