Poor profitsports, it's tough to be so bad and so mad. All you can do is lie and make excuses. It says on [ATac]'s official website WvW community lol... Only thing you're good at is trolling, keep it up!

ty, had fun wiping ATac

SOS man... I'm just stunned by the sheer amount of players you guys can field in WvW, it's far and away more than either JQ or SBI can produce and is going to take some getting used to. Hell the first time I saw a 50 man zerg from you guys going for a keep my jaw hit the floor, so while I do think SBI can win vs JQ or SOS 1v1 we have little chance until we find a way to get more players into the field, we just can't deal with 2-3 to 1 of us.

good luck to SoS. here are a few tips:

-you guys are excited. that's good, but don't waste all of your energy over the weekend
-coverage will always win wvw. that's going to show over the week. luckily, thanksgiving is this week so it wouldn't hurt your match too much.
-learn from BG 3 weeks ago; don't go "easy" for even a bit. these forum warriors whine when you're winning, but the moment their server "coverage" start winning, they will act like they single handedly took out your whole server. don't take their bait. just ignore every single comment they post and report it to a forum mod.

for those at TSYM and the other DB guilds;
i wish we could fight again, but alas, my guild and allies quit the game :'(. so in our place, please shut these manipulating elitist whiners and show what a real server community with love and respect is like.

Make new allies and friends. Bring your server up the ranks like SoS did!

I am going to report you for this comment cause it stirs up the 2 year old "mom bob don't like me" feeling in me!! Just kidding lol.

It seems SoS has come all guns blazing this match, they got some new guilds joining them as well. We had an intense fight at SE camp with SoS, that was one of the most intense camp battle I ever fought. I hope SoS stays strong till the end of this match, I am loving the fights (except when some of my fellow SBI players run away lol - You know who you are).

I hope ArenaNet gives WvWvW some attention, ignoring it for long won't do GW2 any good.

I don't know if this has been posted yet but MERC is donating $1000 to a children's charity if SoS wins this week.

As someone who is doing their best to see SoS lose I'm not sure how I feel about that...

Looks like the match is going to SoS.

  Congratulations guys, you earned it.

That would be awesome if SoS does this week.  If SoS can move from T2 and take T1 then the NA bracket has achieved a lot of balance.

Though it might be far more from this last week's number attrition than all the work people tried to do behind the scenes.  There is a lot of irony in that truth, but the game might be healthier for it.

Don't sell your work short. If it wasn't for the behind the scenes work done by players, There wouldn't be as many servers up or close to tier one.

I'd feel better about it if the numbers were higher on IOJ and SoR right now.   All three servers in T2 should have been roughly equal in numbers.

PS2 attrition seems to have hit our opposition a lot harder than it did us though.  =/

Haven't played much these past 2 weeks, hence my lack of posts. Glad to see SoS is bringing the pain.

TBH the whole Ascended gear thing just discouraged me a lot from playing this game. Really went against the design aspect that ANet started out with, and I just haven't been able to hold interest in this game since then. I've been on Planetside 2 for my PVP fix, and will be waiting for FFXIV:ARR for PVE. That said, I'm just one player who makes little difference in the outcome of this match.

SoS is strong with great guilds and organization to push SBI and JQ back. It's nice to see DiE on SoS because you can always count on them to bring the pain. Ignore the trolls. I know the people on SBI that matter, and I'm pretty sure they're enjoying the uphill battles.

The new content has taken it's toll on WvW population for JQ and SBI.

That is not an excuse, just a fact.

SoS is more motivated, so they have better coverage.

What does it mean in regards to "balance"? Honestly, I have no idea.

  It doesn't matter, anyway.

The only thing that matters is getting the job done.

The core of SoS is solid and isn't a fairweather bunch.
Don't feed that troll.  He's still blames our guild for CD's situation and apparently will never, ever let that bone go.
In case the record was never made clear, I'll restate that we joined SoS for the community and were actually invited by other NA guilds.  WvW prospects were not even part of the discussion.

That's basically what happened. New guilds/players were called bandwagoners by the original members, and treated with disrespect from the start for no good reason. Now guilds like TW, MMAC, who would field 10+ commanders and play 24/7 aren't even on the server anymore. Nobody wants to listen to drama all day when they just want to play a game.  JQ is turning out to be just like HoD because they possess the same attitude, and it's so sad to see such a great group of people in the middle of a bunch of junk when all we want to do is play a game with our friends and have fun. JQ's greatness I'm afraid is a sinking ship and I personally don't like it. I'm not one to jump ship I'll go down with it, but barring a miracle or the community site going away, JQ really won't stay in T1 long.
Go get some help Menaace, this is just a game. You are taking this way too serious. No one wants to deal with you because of your behavior. You are seriously going crazy after you lost MMAC for being a total *. They don't want anything to do with you, and from what I have seen seem generally happier without you. So, please for your own self go to rehab, and realize this is just a game, and not worht having an emotional breakdown over. as you always say "save face," and just leave.

It's funny how guilds always move to higher ranked servers and then say it has nothing to do with being on a higher ranked server (notwithstanding the TA breakup, of course).

I think bandwagoners should just own it (DiE, DA, etc.) instead of making all the excuses for it.

Hm, I'm new to the server but I didn't see much of any of those guilds in EB all weekend. 70-80% of the people I saw were PRX, and throughout the weekend the most failed map was EB.

PRX was mesmer-tunneling siege golems to surprise undefended objectives, keeping pressure on defended objectives with constant trebbing, and in the open field they were constantly maneuvering with flanking, portal bombs, feinted retreats etc. Meanwhile they had teams of thieves taking out yaks, scouts on all defensible locations and superior siege weapons everywhere.

If that's bandwagoning I hope some more guilds bandwagon onto SBI so we can pull this off. But I guess I shouldn't take the words from Profit Sports, who is a troll recently kicked out of War Machine, too seriously.

PRX jumped T1 to T4.   The DB guilds also went from T3 to T4 if I remember correctly.

PRX tends to lead its map.   The other guilds were most likely on assigned borderlands.

Quit with the politics and get with the logic. Answer this, why is JQ 3rd now? It's not one guild's contribution but is it a coincidence that both of these are true? :

1) Week before MMAC/EC transferred in JQ was in 4th seed. The very first matches with them they got their first seeded 2nd place, followed by two firsts

2) Week MMAC/EC transferred off JQ starts losing games and is now losing to SoS/SBI and is in 3rd place and falling quickly back to 4th

Both are true, so tell me why is JQ not strong anymore? MMAC/EC was 5 very powerful EU/Oceanic/Aussie guilds who are all gone and just like the EC site said "we have gone one to another server to show JQ the reason why they were winning." Looks like they were right, because JQ is losing w/o them. It's just what's on their site, not my opinion. JQ is a great server with great guilds who all contributed to the win, but JQ.com chasing off the bigger guilds because of their hate wars and politics is the reason I think JQ is failing. A "community" site with no sense of community. And your posts definitely show that same lack of tact by making fun of a guild who was on your very server and helped so many people and guilds out asking for nothing in return.

AoS... well it's no lie that we are as Menaace said it here, the guild re-branded minus the officer core to try to save face after JQ.com pretty much turned people against MMAC because they were anti-JQ.com site, but honestly with the way you are phrasing your posts here I can see why they are anti-jq.com to begin with. Nobody cares about childish flame wars, they just want to play a game. In AoS we are trying to rebuild JQ but it's not still not working because of JQ.com's politics, our server is performing worse every match.

It's just the scoreboard man. No disrespect. Politics kills the fun in video games :(
Quit trolling for the love of god and secondly stop acting like your in AoS it's been proven time and time again that your not a part of AoS and never have been. Until you prove otherwise remove your tag because until I see a screen shot of you in AoS then your simply a troll with a wannabe mentality and need some serious help because you have a lot of issues.

View PostWotah, on 19 November 2012 - 08:12 PM, said:

1.)  By your graphs we were 3rd and moving up.  You can go ahead and post those again.
2.)  Not sure what week MMAC transferred off.  The ones that I liked stayed and are in AoS.  SBI is formidable and more guilds are going there even now some transferred from JQ to there.  I believe a lot of JQ is tired and WvW is boring to them at the moment, especially with new changes.  Don't count us out, we're here for the long haul.  And in Tier 1 for another week, I am sure.

Forgot to mention that SoS has shown up to fight when the other two servers didn't.  They did a great job over the weekend and I hope they keep it up over the week.
MMAC hasn't transferred I still know a few who haven't left the guild but no longer rep it. We also had some transfer into the server and have been hit by the PvE bug same as SBI but it's definitely changed as today has gotten much better score wise and numbers wise.

Yeah, I was originally against the move but I had no say. I signed on one morning a month ago, and everyone had moved to SoS because of "good Aussie coverage". The originally said we wouldnt move "unless something drastic happened".

So I left for SBI and have had some awesome fights against BG and JQ.
