thanks for the explaination of it, when I said "is it used +5 resistance.." I actually meant is it Just +5 resistance, and from the response of you and Yelen, I see its +5 resistance and another stats, hoping for more than that, but cant expect to much of a stats boots on a ring and back piece, maybe when the Ascended Weapons and armor come up we'll see bigger numbers.

as for the prototype,sorry for asking, it didnt see the description of it on wiki, just the stats of it.

The recipe for this particular one is:

* 1 Eldritch Scroll
* 20 Mystic Coins
* 250 Passion Fruit
* 100 Vicious Claw

and it's an offensive infusion, so for offensive slots only (the quivers, not the books). They are account bound as well, so feel free to abuse the 50 skill points on alts and send the infusion to your main

And firstborn12, the currently discovered recipes via the mystic forge with the above mats and/or similar for various other stats are always +5 stat +5 agony resistance. The fractal token vendor inside the fractals can provide you with a pure +5 agony resistance infusion, for 75 tokens a defensive one and for 225 an omni infusion with +5 agony (which fits both offensive and defensive slots).

I figured I'd ask this here, since there has been some talk about the infusions:

Is there a difference between offensive and defensive infusion slots other than which kind of infusion fits in which slot? That's the way I've understood things, but the fact that the upgrade slots are named 'offensive' and 'defensive' makes it seem like there is some in-combat difference as well.

ya, I just thought it would be more of a bonus, I guess they truly meant a "slight" stats increase from Extoics, I know the very basic of ascended back piece and ring, like defensive, offensive and omni one. That,  and you can get your back piece infused (similiar to the Endless Quiver [infused]) and add a offensive infusion to the upgrade slot. for +10 Agony resistance( +5 for the infused gear and +5 for the upgrade slot). which btw doesnt seem worth it for the time & cost of it.

1.) Anyone know if you can replace the infusion once you slot it with another type? (i.e. the +5 prec +5 agony resistance slotted already and you wanna replace it with another infusion like +5 power +5agony resistance)

2.) If you have an Endless Quiver (not yet infused) and you put an offensive infusion to it (+5 prec +5 agony resist), when you make it Endless Quiver [infused], does the offensive infusion stay? or it goes back to empty slot again?

Question is: doesn't seems we have found all recipes ( assuming they exists). We still need a back piece with omni slot, am i wrong?

if these are all made in the forge, whats the exotic ones from the fractal vendor for? just supposed to be a stepping stone to the ascended?

im missing the vial of essence do they drop in the lvl 1 frac also? or does the drop rate increase with the dung lvl?

Does ne1 know if i can I transmute an ascended capacitor with an ascended quiver backpiece?

I want to get a backpiece with berserker stats. Probably even on two charakters but that’s not really doable at the moment (money wise). Because i really want the quiver skin!

So i have decided to get it for my main charakter first. The idea is to grind the fractals for the tokens and get the Capacitor (berserker stats) and then upgrade it to ascended. This will be very cheap. After that i would craft the cheapest quiver backpiece (ancient bones i think). And then i would transmute the quiver with the capacitor stats!

It’s still costly (fractal tokens + gold) but it’s A LOT cheaper than crafting the quiver with berserker stats. My question is of course… Is this doable? Can i transmute these two items? They are both unique items i think so i’m not sure.

You can with fine transmutation stones. I imagine it would be fine to infuse it later as well because the recipes for infusing the capacitor and the quiver are the same.
