Do I have to be lv 80 to do pretty much anything with this event? because ive been looking around and everything important is in a high level zone

For this weekend everyone will be scaled up on the new Island. However, from Monday it will be a zone only for lvl 80. The island-part will start this evening.

I just hope they tone down the veterans after this weekend, with less people they things will be a nightmare.
