should be optionf or it when you log to your acc on official site

There should be an option to add a retail key, or upgrade your trial account, from the account management page on guildwars2.com however many people are having a problem with the account number increasing by 1 when they do this (going from xxx.1001 to xxx.1002) but not updating properly in-game so you will likely have to deal with this until ANet can fix the issue.

Hi,

I'd like to buy guild wars 2 and upgrade my free trial too. I'm on lvl38 and don't want to start it over again. Any news from upgrading? Any options to keep the status of our trial account?

Once you have created a GW2 account (when you played the trial), i believe it is normal that all your activity on that account is saved. That is why they make you create something on an internet site called "account". It's not like they let you download a demo and that's it, when it's finished everything is lost.  After you played the trial everything else should be called "upgrading".

My problem has been solved, all you have to do is register again but with a serial key and use the same details :)
