What is the best necro lvling build?

I would like some lvling builds on necros? traits, skills and so on with weapons and rotation.

I played around with a few builds while leveling so far and they were all good, so my advice is to try it all at least once and pick whatever's most fun for you. :3

-Weaken/blind enemies with OH Dagger while minions take aggro and you blow them up. Simple, easy, kinda boring, didn't try it much because of said boringness.

-Round up a bunch of enemies, drop WoS, maybe WoC, go DS and Life Transfer. They'll die crazy fast. WoB/WoD only when needed.  Very very powerful, but wells have long cooldowns, and it also gets kinda boring.

-Kind of what I'm using now. It's pretty fun. My usual attack sequence for single target is something like BiP>Deathly Swarm>dodge into them (for Mark of Evasion)>DS>leave DS>spam dagger auto attacks. For AoE with some mobs chasing me (preferred way to go): BiP>dodge away (or into ranged mobs)>WoS>Spectral Wall>Putrid Mark>DS>Life Transfer>leave DS. Just by going in DS you get Retaliation and Fury while casting Enfeebling Blood on enemies (weakness+bleeding). x)

-Not too sure what'd go best with Curses for Condition leveling, but heals on crits + moar bleeds from Blood seems good. Anyhoo, it's rather simple. BiP+Deathly Swarm, auto attack with Scepter for bleeds/poison, throw some more conditions on with Grasping Dead/Enfeebling Blood, spread with Epidemic, kite/blind while they bleed to death. Switching to the Staff will provide more AoE, conditions, and most importantly kiting potential. The 3rd utility skill can be about anything really.

I also saw a build around here with a DS/Mark build that looked pretty powerful. Many things you can do. :) A Staff is a must for its awesome range, cc, and condition dump. Your other weapon is pretty much up to you and your preferences, unless you go Conditionmancer then Scepter is best with a Dagger offhand.

Anyhoo, since GW doesn't have much of an endgame to rush to my best advice would be to just play whatever's most enjoyable for you. :3

Survivability should never really be an issue when leveling as long as your sensible, due to the inate survability mechanics a necromancer has be default. This means you can ignore any builds that promote a defensive style.

So there are 3 potential builds to choose from: Minion Master, Wellomancer and Conditionmancer.

I suggest you ignore Minion Master, as the AI of minions is horrible and they run off to attack enemies you didn't want them to while travelling, and to top it off don't always attack the one you want them to.

So this leaves 2 builds - Wellomancer (Here) and Conditionmancer (Here).

Try them both out as they are highly effective - I leveled as a wellomancer and could pull up to 7 or 8 at enemies at one time before AOEing them all down, but leveled 60-80 as a Conditionmancer and could do similarly, but felt a bit slower yet I had an easier time on single-target enemies (veterans mostly), so they really are both viable builds that are highly effective.

I'm surprised the Powermancer build hasn't been mentioned. I leveled with it exclusively, and tore through the entire game. I didn't run into a single aspect I couldn't handle in PvE. (Not talking about WvW or Dungeons here.)

It's good. It's really good.
