Bake stone cavern - Southsun Cove

South of Ember passage which is south of lion point waypoint.

Event to help asuran blow up Karka Nests and egg layer. Then he turn into karma vendor and sells ori mining picks.

Iv seen other tools on the new map for karma too.

well, the problem is:

the cost to WP to that location, at lvl 80, = half of the the pick cost.
and then the cost to wp from that location to ori is another half pick.

if u bough many in 1 time wp, yep , u can save some, but not that great.

Ignore the waypoint cost since you can A. use the boat from LA and run your lazy ass there and B. use pvp to go back to LA. Secondly its less about saving money to me and more about using the stupid amounts of karma I have just laying around along with the 40 or so karma potions that ive yet to use because I have no use for karma.

Looks like they added about 20 more karka spawns around that cave entrance....seems they dont want players just solo completing the event and getting the mining picks for karma....

Well screw you Anet I knew it was too good to be true so I bought 20 of the things before you decided to put an army of karka in my way
