My account was banned, and I submitted a ticket for support on 11/14. It has been five days, I have not received any kinds of responses yet. I was trying to post my ticket on their “Tickets for review” forum, but was unable to do so since they banned me from their forum too.
I am not sure what I am supposed to do now?
Can anyone post my ticket #121115-000640 on the review forum for me ?

Anyone else posting your ticket will only cause confusion.
I am not sure what the proper steps you need to take now. I do believe you are able to update your original ticket. I advise against submitting a new ticket.
Maybe someone else here has been in a similar situation and can give you more information.
