Edit: Some initial observations:
Sigil of Air is hitting every ~5 seconds for 1.1K-1.4K.
Vital shot is hitting for ~925-1.1K when it crits. With the Omnom pie, there's a great chance it procs for an additional 325 damage (which also heals you.
Sneak attack is hitting for 3-4K when it crits. With the pie, that's a potential additional 1625 damage, that also heals you.
Cloak and Dagger is still hitting for 3-5K on average with crits.
Shadow Strike is hitting for ~800-1.1K for first attack, 2.5-4.6K on the second portion of the attack when they crit. I'm typically seeing an average of 5.5K if both crit.
Bleeds from Vital Shot and Sneak Attack are hitting for ~50 each per tick, not to be forgotten, as it all adds up. That's ~4-5 stacks at any given time, 800-1K damage per second if not cleansed.
I found that Infusion of Shadow works better than Shadow protector if you have no init regen, such as Inf. Signet. The healing from Omnom pie should help alleviate the loss of Shadow protector healing. Shadow Embrace is too good not to grab.

If you run Mug and Infiltrator's Signet, you can CnD when close, Sneak Attack, then Shadow Strike away. At that point, use Inf Signet to close the gap again, CnD, Sneak Attack, and then Shadow Strike away again. You can then Mug and do it again.
That adds up to some pretty good damage. It's not as pressuring as a pure glass build, but you have ~3K toughness for the longer fights, and a lot of power, crit, and crit damage to still put some hurt out.
You can give this a try if you have the money for gear etc but P/D is meh burst style those times when you face a decent opponent and can't get a cloak and dagger off I don't know.
I tried this scholar runes, zerker all kinds of runes and setups to find something that works and in the end I felt like D/D does the same but better. Really your playing for mug, and cnd which is what you do with dagger dagger.
I been running D/P and S/D and I think these 2 sets go together really well. I have been mostly using D/P and swap to S/D depending on the fight and what i am facing but I am really loving these 2 together. I have been running it without SoS while taking fleet shadows and with fleet I can get away pretty easily.
I am going to try the 30/30/10 spec I saw I don't feel like I need mug I have been running 0/20/30/20/0 I find the 15 points in acro to be hard to give up.
