I've crafted my Juggernaught a while back and now i'm itching to craft Twilight. Question is, is it possible to craft Twilight on another character, put it in my bank, and pick it up and use it on another character? In a way is it truely account bound even though it says BoE?

I should've tried it with the Jugger to confirm for peeps. Slipped my mind through all the excitement.

From what I've read, you can mail the weapon before you equip it, so I would assume you can put it in your bank as well.

They're Account bound with Soulbound on Use, so yes you can transfer to another character. To be sure though, get more sources.

Yea, I reckon they are as well from crafting the Juggs. Was just wondering if anyone has tried it before. But thanks for your input mate.

Not exactly true.
They are only soulbound on use, mean once you craft one you can even put it on the TP or mail it to a friend.

After i made sunrise with my guardian for example, is it acc bound so that my mesmer can use iit?

As long as you do not equip it, yes, you could use it on your mesmer. If you do equip it, then no.

Because there is not the option to. You just can't sell any legendary on the TP.

bind on equip means bound when equipped, it doesn't say anything about it being sellable or not, and it isn't
the legendary filter was intended for legendary components that can be sold, like elonian wine, and it might be used in the future
