Really depends on how you'd like to play. Would you run around like a bot and kill the same mobs or would you tackle the area differently? In the second case one area is as good as the next, but in the first I'd suggest the Iron Marches (at least at your level) and run around in Branded territory. If you want it to be a little harder I'd suggest Fireheart Rise killing Flame Legionnaires.

there are no areas like that, mobs simply do not have a good respawn rate, and even if they did diminishing returns would kick in and take away all your loot and exp (i think, not sure  on the exp part)

one place that is good for killstreak boosters is dungeons, when you run multiple paths of a dungeon with guildies, just pop a killstreak and you're good

Were you level 80 i would say go to Southsun Cove, and kill all the karka hatchlings that spawn from the big ones!
Monthly event 200 karka kills in 5 mins or less!

Never. I'm saving them in case there's another chest like the mad king chest requiring boosts for the recipe

Monsters don't give a lot of exp so even with a killstreak booster it's faster to do dynamic events/personal story if you want exp.

Use it during one of those, preferably some "defend X" with large waves of monsters.

It's the worst booster imo since mobs give a tiny amount of xp compared to crafting/events/etc. Over Halloween ANet gave us a mystic forge recipe to dump our unused boosters and I think most people were happy to get rid of those.

I leveled 4 (well, 3 and a half) characters to 80 using mostly kill xp. It was using a glitch though and they have patched that now.

I don't care about getting no loot at all tbh.

I got those boosts from opening black lion chests (with keys that I got for exploring and all of that). I think that the bonus can add up to infinity and I have the will to grind the same spawn for 1 hour or perhaps more.

I come from a mmorpg where you would sit in the same spawn grinding for more than 20 hours to gain 1 level, so it's k.

The only place I can see a killstreak booster working is at Penitent camp in Cursed Shore. But that is a lvl 80 zone, so you won't be using it unless you are close to hitting 80.

However, I have about 7 in my inventory that I'm going to use since I have 0 skill points right now and I need a lot for my legendary.

Actually I have used a kill streak, but it was back in like week 2.  There was a particular spawn site that didn't have any event associated that was just spam spawning risen.  There was a crowd of peeps levelling off just killing these mobs so I gave it a shot.  I discovered, much to my disappointment, the potion also ends when you level.  I had barely a fraction of xp to go so it only lasted a few minutes before it was gone.

For the record I believe this spawn was a broken spawn from an event that was just triggering as if the event was going on, as on subsequent visits with new alternate characters the spawn rate was not as fast, but it was still pretty good (not good enough for Kill Streak while solo, the place had gone dead for players since everyone was levelled up).

I'm not a killstreak guru, but I'm willing to give opinions.  Especially when it comes to genociding a zone.
(btw I'm assuming the boost stays active for 1 hour, and the previous anecdote has been fixed)

I'd suggest south of Sparkfly Fen where the bots (used to) run, seems like there's endless krait mixed with risen running around there.
The heart for Kamma west of Chokevine Gorge.  It's level 65 fodder.
