Currently I am running conditions spec ranger and by my calculations my bleeds should be lasting longer.
Currently I have equipped:
6 pieces of carrion with 2 of each Superior Rune of Krait/Centaur/Afflicted giving 15% bleed duration each for 45% total on my armor.
Superior Sigil of Agony on my bow giving another 10% bleed duration.
20 points into marksmanship increasing my duration by another 20%.
In total I should have increased my bleed duration by 75%
According to Crossfire's tooltip it is base of 3 second bleed. What should it be with my 75% increased duration?

There is probably some sort of waterfall effect in how the bleed duration increases are calculated. I.e., you add 10% of 3 seconds, then take 15% of that product and add it, etc. etc.

@Worms: Try using the food veggie pizza, it gives an additionnal 40% condition duration, you should be over 6s with all that.

Is my math wrong here? 3 seconds * .75 = 2.25, so my duration should have increased by 2.25, even rounding down I should be at 5 seconds, but the tooltip only says 4. I understand that food can help, but I'm questioning the initial math before food.

the bonus should all add up like you've stated already, and the math looks right.
the thing to remember though, is that you should never rely on the tooltips being correct for this. you'd be best served to try it on dummies so you have a controlled environment to count the bleed ticks.
