Need help finding the skin of this light armor

I have been looking for this light armor skin for some time but could not find the exact name for this set. The PvP armor name seems to be called "Acolyte" but after checking the PvE vendor, "Acolyte" in PvE is totally another skin.

Please help by giving the name of this set of armor in PvE and if possible the means to obtain it, i.e. vendor location, armor cost (karma, gold, dungeon token). Thanks!
