Alright.. so I exploded in anger over someone for messing up too much in FotM and they obviously got upset over the situation, and then typed "Well.. I'm going to add your account to the IoJ Blacklist."
What is the IoJ Blacklist, and where can I find it?
If there is a list of blacklisted players on GW2 I want to know it's location so I know who to avoid.

There's no official Server X "blacklist" that I know of, if anything, they reported you to Anet for your behavior.
On a sidenote, just an advise as a fellow player, everyone messes up in dungeons, maybe you could try to take it easy with them. Rest is, well, upto you of course!
