The wiki says that there is a Diving Goggles in Loch Jezt of Metrica Province. I have searched all over and cannot find it. I checked all those floating stones, but cannot interact with anything. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I completed the achievement a few weeks ago so (unless they were accidentally removed in a patch) they're there. They're on the stepping stone type bridge going across one part of the lake, and as wiki says "west of Durotl Grounds point of interest".
