Nourishment buffs help!

I am aware of pretty much all food buffs, and also the utility ones that have the spanner icon.
The only one that i am struggling to find is a 'shield' symbol nourishment, i have seen a few people running around with these. I am meaning the buffs that show up in the same place as signet/banners/food buffs.
Any help on this, once again, would be much appreciated.

I'm fairly certain its not this as i have used this myself. If you have a look on the 'highest damage on 100 blades' thread there is a screenshot of wat i mean, sorry i cant post it myself, i'm a bit of a schoolboy when it comes to forums and codes

Not quite, i'm struggling to describe it really, e.g The icon for a signet buff when passive is black and gold, on warrior anyway... The food buffs show a blue icon with a white apple, utilities show a blue icon with white spanner, and the mystery bufff that i am trying to find out about is the same blue icon as food/utility but has a white sheild.
And before some clever sod says 'google' - obviously was my first port of call.

Oh we have a clever nonce, I didnt know that you could do that on screenshots...
Go troll elsewhere if you have no input of value, and if you're going to troll, at least make sure you know what you're talking about.

Wow are you kidding me, I was trying to help you ...
I was thinking that if you told us what it actually said then we could figure it out quicker, but I guess you would rather tell people to F Off.
And people wonder why Guru is such a hated community.

And possibly potions, I haven't used any to see if they stack with the other buffs. Or Magic find / Rejuvenation boost.

I didn't mean to sound arsey, i thought you were trolling. But if you had read my post above yours you would have seen that i spotted this in the '100Blades damage' thread on a screeny, if it was on my own screen i'd like to think i knew where it came from as i'd be the one who applied it.

Yeah just been looking on the wiki myself, when i'm home i'll be trying - Potions, foods, maintenece oils, sharpenning stones, Tuning Crystals and maintenance kits.
As far as i am aware i believe you can have a max of 3 different 'nourishment' buffs - once i have collated what works together and what cancels the other out i will upload it on here.
Thanks for the help.
